Like everyone else, i too was very skeptical of buying a mattress online. I have had back problems for 19 years (and im only 32) and the last 2 years i have had excessive back problems. I tried everything with minimal relief so i decided to see if a new mattress would help. my old mattress was 7 years old and i really loved it for the first 5-6 years but the last year i really began to notice a divit where i usually sleep. so, I did all the research and tested out many of the ones in the mattress stores around town. I learned that the big mattress companies used 4lb foam which is supposed to be not as good as the 5.5lb foam in this mattress. It arrived in about 7 days and you cant beat the free shipping 
The delivery guy carried it to my door and helped me get it in the house since i cant lift it with my back. it was very heavy, probably about 100lbs. my mom came over and we carried it to my room and unwrapped it. it quickly took shape and was its full height in about an hour. i took the cover off and washed it in hopes that it would help with the smell. it was a strong frest paint-like smell for the first 24-48 hours then it only slightly smelled when i would roll around on it or sleep with my face on the mattress. several people have knocked this mattress because of the smell which is not fair because all memory foam mattresses have this type of smell. i know other people who have the name brand memory foam mattress and they said theirs smelled for weeks to months. i did not have that problem with this one. i have found that i toss and turn alot less than before. the one problem i have found is that i spend more time in my bed because its so comfy and that causes my back to get stiff. if i only stay in it 7-8 hours like most people, my back is ok. i have not found this mattress to be hard or too firm. yes it is firm but it is also cushiony. i have only had it for a month so i can not say how well it will hold up but for this price, if it lasts a few years im happy. i will probably up grade to a king in a few years anyway so i didnt want to spend an arm and a leg on this one, especially since i didnt know if i would like it or not. any way, so far i like it a lot. i cant say it fixed my back but it certainly has not hurt it. im glad i didnt spend 3-4x this amount on the name brand. i can see how it could be worth the difference.
What are some therapeutic activities that hospitals provide for mentally ill inpatients?
I just watched a clip of America’s first mental Therapeutic Deluxe memory institutions. was horrified at the treatment of patients. To soften the blow at the end of the clip, the narrator says today hospitals provide every inpatient with a full schedule of “therapeutic activities.” What does this mean? Details would be appreciated!
